The Overlander Train
The Overlander Train is a long distance train run by Tranz Scenic, a private railway operator in New Zealand. It runs from Wellington to Auckland. The Overlander train covers the entire operations of Tranz Scenic in the North Island.

Fare for the Overlander Train
The fare charged for the Overlander Train is as follows:
Auckland - Wellington NZ$ 129 (US$88 or £60)
Children aged between 2 and 14 can travel at discounted fare, children below 2 years can travel without fare.
